A 45-minute call with the senior consultant who'd actually do the work. We'll ask hard questions, share first impressions, and tell you honestly whether we can help - including when the answer is no.

What happens on the call

  • You talk, we listen - first 15 minutes. Your product, your situation, the question keeping you up at night.
  • We ask the uncomfortable questions. The ones that reveal whether this is a product problem, a positioning problem, or no problem at all.
  • You leave with at least three honest observations about your product - whether or not we ever work together.
  • If there's a fit, we propose a starting point. If there isn't, we say so and point you somewhere better. No pitch deck either way.

What to prepare

  • Honestly? Nothing. Come as you are. A link to your product or landing page helps, but we'll find it anyway.
  • One number, if you have it. The metric that worries you most. It usually tells us where to look first.

  • NDA before we see anything - yours or ours, your pick.
  • Start within days, not months - we'll give you a real date on the call.
  • No lock-in, ever - hourly work stops whenever you say stop.
